Pilikula Park is close to Mangalore city. The term "Pilikula Park" literally means "pond of tigers". It is well known as a mystical spot in which tigers are moving freely.

Also known as Madan Mohan Malavya Park, Minto park is situated on the banks of river Yamuna, west of the Allahabad Fort. It was from here that Lord Canning read out Queen Victoria’s Proclamation in 1858—the transfer of power from East India Company to Queen’s rule was effected. In 1910 Lord Minto laid the foundation for the park. The main attraction of the park is four lions statues mounting atop a white stone memorial.
This garden is a walled historic garden created by the Moghul king Jahangir, in memory of his beloved son Khusro. Khusro was murdered by his brother Shah Jahan. The garden has the tomb of the murdered prince, a sandstone mausoleum, which was completed in 1622. Prince Khusro’s mother Shah Begum was also buried next to him. She was believed to poison herself because of the despair over her son’s opposition to Jahangir.
