Nav chowki
On the banks of the lake is this pillared edifice which is paved with marble and has beautifully carved arches and chhatris. Nav Chowki means the Nine Pavilions. Situated on the banks of the Rajsamand Lake, this pillared structure is made up of marble. Carved chhatris (cenotaphs) and ornamental arches adorn this edifice.
Sabha Prakash
The Sabha Prakash (Illumination Meeting) used to be the formal chambers for meetings and for holding court to interact with the citizen. Many critical decisions for welfare and dispute settlement have been delivered from the main hall. The hall itself is decorated exquisitely and is adorned with polished walls that are imaginatively strewn with semi precious pebbles and shingles that are intricately inlayed. The decoration of the Sabha Prakash has been specifically done keeping in mind the exhaustive exposure it would have to the public eye.
Sunheri Burj
The architecture at the fort presents the Rajasthan art forms during its glory days, those days when the artisans were often beheaded or disabled after completion of work in order to prevent them form repeating a similar masterpiece. The Sunheri Burj (Golden Prop) presents a similar display of artful work from the Rajput as well as partly Mughal art interwoven seamlessly into the architecture. The interiors of the Burj shine bright, even today, due to the golden hue emanating from the Gold inlay works.
Camel Breeding Farm
10 km away, is probably the only one of its kind in Asia, and is managed by the government.

Vengurla's Jetty
The town of Vengurla used to be one of the busiest ports of the Western shores of the country. Times have changed and so have the fortunes of this once bustling port which now stands a mute spectator amidst the ruins of the old port.
The jetty built with cement and wood is still capable of berthing small boats. The light house placed right above the hill overlooking the jetty presents a royal image of the jetty. It is also possible to lay eye upon the Goan shoreline and the Terekhol River. The busy port of the Maratha warriors, however, now lies in taters.

Vengurla's Lighthouse
It is human to look out for identifiable signs when out on an excursion and the need remain even when the fishermen folks venture out in the sea. The guiding force of a magnificent tower, the Vengurla Lighthouse located on a hill that stands tall above the jetty is hard to miss. The path to the Lighthouse is through a long winding path of foliage and greenery. The Lighthouse and staff quarters are perched right on the top of the hill. The flat plateau on the top of the hill provides a memorable view of the shore and beach below.

Fruit Research Center
A visit to Vengurla is incomplete without a visit to the Konkan farming university & Fruit Research Centre. This multipurpose institute is a study centre as well as tourist spot. The R&D center specializes in remolding and creating a more efficient and strong variety of Mango and Cashew crop. Sindhu, a brand new variety of mango, was developed by the institute and is now being appreciated by the cynosure of mangoes.
