Kudle Beach is about a twenty-minute walk from Gokarna. To get to Kudle, take the conduit that starts on the south side of the Ganapati Temple. The path goes uphill and then drops down to Kudle Beach, a gorgeous, kilometers-long white sandy beach bordered by palm trees.

At this beach there are simple huts and beach-side eating places. You need to bring your own bedding. There are huts which are offered very cheap, just big enough to sleep in and to store a backpack. At full moon, one can walk from Kudle to Paradise beach without a torch!

It is marvelous beach to pay a visit. The beach got its name because it is shaped like the auspicious Om sign, a spiritual Hindu symbol. Om beach is the only naturally Om shaped beach. It is considered one of the most important places for fulfillment spiritually, physically and emotionally.

This is one of the most beautiful beaches near to Gokarna, smaller and lesser known, but equally great for a bit of sunbathing and swimming. The Paradise beach, also known as Full Moon beach, is not inhabited by human. It is accessible only through sea by boating or forest by trekking through it.

This is a perfect place for anybody to spend the leisure times. Paradise beach can be utilized for all type of beach activity as the water is calm and the beach is so clean. Open restaurant with seafood specialties and Barbeque are available in this beach.

The Baba Budan range of hills also called as Chandra Drona Parvatha which is its ancient name lies north of Chikmagalur town. The range takes its name from the Baba Budan giri which is a peak1895 meters high and 28 kms from the town and is named after the Muslim saint Baba Budan who brought the first coffee seeds to India.
The range has one of the highest mountain peaks between the Himallayas in the north of India and the Nilgiris in the south of India.

10 Kms from Saundatti, a low valley situated in between the 2 hills, in an enchanting place is Naviltirtha. Formerly, it was full of Peacocks, frequently flocking round the pond, and thus the place was named Naviltirtha.

Built specially for the 1924 All India Congress Session, which was presided by Mahatma Gandhi. Belgaum also has some well laid out parks. The Sambhaji Udyan, the Nath Pai Park and the Shivaji Udyan. Perfect places to relax, to put your feet up and let your imagination soar free.

Vajrapoha Falls is situated amidst enchanting hilly surroundings of the Jamboti forest is a fine spot. To reach it one has to travel from Jamboti upto a point four km beyond Chapoli and then cross the river (only in December and January) Mahadayi twice (in between is a small hill) finally leading to an elevated flat hillock. Here the river Mandovi flowing in a serpentine fashion takes a first jump from a height of about 60 meters.The falls are located 60 km from Belgaum town.

Fateh Sagar Lake, an appealing and quiet lake built by Maharana Jai Singh and later renovated by Maharana Fateh Singhji, is placed to the north of Lake Pichola with a canal linking the Pichola lake and Fateh Sagar Lake. The Lake is in the greenish backdrop of wooded hills surrounding the three sides and dammed on the other side.

A lovely garden, Nehru Park is placed on the midst of the Dam and a pleasant boat ride from the shore to the Nehru garden is enjoyable. This lake and surroundings stands as an evening picnic spot for the locals.

Pichola Lake, the beautiful stretch of water surrounding the two marvelous structures the Jag Niwas and Jag Mandir, is the life line of Udaipur city. All the palaces in the city of palaces are constructed to have a magnificent reflection in this lake.

This lake was created in the 15th century and widened later and a dam across was also created in that period. It was Maharana UDAI SINGH II strengthened the Dam and widened the lake, as he was building his capital on the shore of the beautiful Lake.
