Satagwan Petro Falls is a famous tourist attraction of Koderma, which is surrounded by dense forests and hills.

Tilaiya Dam is built across the Barakar River and is located in Tilaiya, in the Koderma District. Established in 1953, the dam is 1,200 ft long and 99 ft high.

Saruat Pahar is the highest side of the mountain in the Garhwa District which is largely inhabited by the Korba Tribe.

Sukhdari Waterfalls is located on the Kanhar River in the Garhwa District of Jharkhand. It falls down from a height of 100 ft.

Gunga Jhanjh Waterfalls is situated in Hesatu in Garhwa District in Jharkhand. This waterfall descends down from a height of 100 ft and is the starting point of the Haraiya River.

Roro Dam is located in the small town of Roro, which is a part of the West Singhbhum District. Chaibasa is further 19 km from this dam, which is also close to Baipi, Kendposi, Jojohatu and Luia. Roro Hills is also situated near this dam, which is a site for imported asbestos mining. Hakumatkam Temple, Lupungutu and Chaibasa Forest are the important sightseeing spots near this dam.

The Usri Falls is located around 13 km from Giridih. It falls from a height of around 40 ft and is surrounded by a dense forest. River Usri, a tributary of the Barakar River, flows down a gorge as Usri Falls that finally divides into three fast flowing streams.

Dumer Sumer is a famous waterfall in the region, which is located around 12 km north of Chatra. The initial 10 km can be travelled by vehicle and the rest 2 km has to be reached by foot.

Maloodah is another important waterfall in the region, which is about 8 km from Chatra. The first 5 km can be covered in vehicle, but the rest 3 km has to travel on foot. It comes down from a height of 50 ft and does not touch the side of hillocks. The waterfall is a semi-circular shape along with steep walls.

Keridah is a waterfall, which is situated 8 km away from Chatra town and can be easily reached by private vehicle. It is divided into three parts that are situated between two hill rocks.
