Betla

Betla is a small tribal village, mainly famous for its wildlife reserves. It is famous for the Palamu Tiger Reserve, sal trees and bamboo forests. Betla National Park was basically an extension of the Hazaribagh National Park during 1960s and was later developed independently under Project Tiger as one of the important Tiger Reserves of India.
