Raghavendra Swamy Brindavan is situated at Mantralayam, a small village in Kurnool district. The Mutt complex is the abode of Raghavendra Swami and is located at the scenic surroundings on the banks of Tungabhadra. Thousands of devotees visit this Samadhi every year to get the blessings of Raghavendra Swamy.
Raghavendra Swamy attained Samadhi in 1671, and his Samadhi place is known as Brindavan. It is believed that Swamy blesses and helps thousands of devotees through breathtaking miracles. There are many stories about his darshan in dream and hence alleviating the sufferings of his devotees. Swamy is also nicknamed as Kamadhenu and Kalpavruksha as he gives to his devotees whatever they want.
