Location
The village of Changsangmongko lies between Tuensang and the Hakchung village. According to a traditional story, it is believed that the place is referred to as Changsang and the Chang community settled here. The Chang legend states that the living creatures emerged from a big hole in the earth.
The village is renowned for a raised platform named Mullang, established by the Chang ancestors. It represents the progress and prosperity of mankind. As per folklore, the platform was transformed into a public court during the evolution of the world.
