Tukreswari Temple is a prominent religious spot nestled by the side of National Highway 37 at Tukura, located at a distance of around 15 km from Goalpara Town. It is commonly believed that a portion of Goddess Sati fell at the site and hence, the temple is recognized as Tukreswari. The temple of Tukreswari is located on the top of the Tukreswari hill, where there is also a temple dedicated to Shiva.
