Location
The Manmod Hills at an altitude of more than 1000 meters, has several rocks with ancient inscriptions and carvings. Some of the carvings are related to the Bhimashankar temple while others include carvings of Bhootlinga and Amba-Ambika. These have a strong resemblance to traditional Buddhist styles.
