An eighteenth century temple dedicated to Goddess Mahalakshmi, Mahalakshmi temple is a much-revered devout centre in Jhansi. This shrine is located in Lakshmi Tal outside the Lakshmi Darwaza. Splendor in terms of architecture, this temple witness large influx of devotees especially on the auspicious occasions of Laxmi Puja and Diwali.
As per Hindu belief, Mahalakshmi is the deity of good fortune and it is believed that sincere adoration of this goddess would fetch you high rewards.
