Kundeshwari

Kundeshwari, one of the prime attractions of the destination, is renowned for housing a beautiful shrine named Nava Graha Temple. Located at a distance of around 1 km from Chandi Hill, the temple was constructed in 1911 by Late Ramapada Bandopadhyay, a resident of Hoogly, West Bengal.

Apart from Nava Graha, the idols of Lord Shiva, Goddess Parvati, Ganesh and Lakshmi-Narayan are also enshrined in the sanctum of the temple. Tourists and devotees on their way to this temple can also spend time at Kali Temple, which was built by Late Fakir Chandra Chatterjee.
