Kamesware Temple

Location

The Kamesware Temple is an ancient temple, built in the 18th century by the Ahom king Pramatta Singha. It originally served as the centre of Madana Kam and was later converted into a shrine of Lord Shiva.

As the name suggests, this temple is dedicated to Lord Shiva and has a Shivalinga that resembles the one in Kedar Shiva.
