Vedavyasa Samputa Narasinmha Temple, founded by Sri Madhvacharya, is situated on south eastern part of the temple of Subrahmanya. Mythology tells that the idols of Vedavyasa Samputa and Lakshmi Narasimha were handed over by Vedavyasa to Madhavacharya for installation in the shrine.
Narasimha Jayanthi is the main festival here and attracts lots of devotees. The people who reach Kukke Subrahmanya temple worship Lord Narasimha in this temple. The temple is managed by Swamiars of Subrahmanya Mutt. This temple has paramount importance among the local and is a nice calm religious place to visit.
