Mokokchung, the Home of the Ao Naga tribe, is bounded by Assam to its north, Wokha to its west, Tuensang to its east, and Zunheboto to its south. There are several Ranges that run parallel to each other and between the Ranges, there are glens and gorges through which flow the hill streams.
