Maharao Madho Singh Museum is located in the Kota’s old palace and is named after the son of the first ruler of Kota state under Mughal emperor Jehangir. It encloses exquisite collections of mellow mural paintings, attractive sculptures dating back to many centuries, royal armory, frescos and miniature paintings of Rajput traditions. Many royal artifacts used by the Kota rulers are displayed in this museum attracting many historians and art lovers.
