The Kalpataru Botanical Gardens is in Umergoan. It is just 10 km away from Bordi. The famous Vrindavan studios are in Umergoan. Most of the TV epic of Ramayana was shot in this garden.
Kalpataru is a marine village. The botanical gardens located here is famous for the trees which surround the park. The trees which are preserved in the park, gives the park a lush green outlook. Monsoon is the best season to visit the garden as the trees are in full bloom.
