Bharat Mata or Mother India has a temple dedicated to her by devoted patriotic nationals. The Bharat Mata temple is a religious shrine, founded by Swami Satyamitranand Giri. This temple was inaugurated by Late Prime Minister, Smt Indira Gandhi, in the year 1983.
Located at Sapt Sarovar, the Bharat Mata temple stands tall with eight stories at 180 feet. Each floor of this shrine is representative of various mythologies, legends and deities. This temple salutes all the patriotic freedom fighters who contributed to the freedom of India.
The Bharat Mata temple is well connected with various transports available such as buses, rickshaws or taxis.
