This National Park is a home to many varieties of animals including tigers, Indian bison, sambars, langurs and chitals. This wildlife sanctuary is having the highest population of tigers in India.
The National Park is surrounded by dense green trees and contains number of caves enclosing ancient shrines. These ancient caves are worthy of visiting and are adorned with ancient Sanskrit inscriptions.
This Park is a best place for bird watching as well. During winters many migratory birds can be spotted here. Some rare species of reptiles are also found in this park.
