St. Marry’s Church

Location

Construction of the charming St. Marry’s Church, near Tip-In-Top Point, began in 1895 by Colone A.H.B. Hume of Royal Engineers Group and was completed in 1896. St Marry’s Church fell into disuse after 1947 and gradually began deteriorate. The building has now been restored by Garwhal Rifles Regimental Centre and is now a tiny museum with relevant pre-independence photographs and audio visual display of Regimental history.
