Location
Satsang Nagar and Ashram is situated on the south-west of Deoghar and is a reforming ashram, which works for the betterment of humanity. Established by Sri Sri Anukul Chandra, the ashram is related with Radhaswami sect.
Anukul Chandra was trained in allopathic medicine, however he sometimes used homeopathic and ayurvedic medicines for curing various diseases of patients. He also arranged several Kirtan in the village to offer an atmosphere, which is more divine and spiritual. As number of people arrived, the village was transformed into Satsang Ashram. Education, dharma, industry, commerce, art and music, all are expressed in the activities of Satsang Ashram.
