Krishna Mandir

Location

The Krishna Mandir (Temple) is an old yet graceful structure that houses the idol of Lord Krishna. The idol is cast in AashtaDhaatu (Eight Metals) and the outcome is a lifelike idol of the smiling Lord. The idol is believed to be 200 years old; however, there is no archeological evidence to back the claim. The temple atmosphere actually vibrates due to the presence of the ancient idol and the hysteria created by the devotees at the temple. The courtyard, walls and the entrance have been beautifully carved out and depict the Hindu culture almost 1000 years in past.
