Location
Dargakonda, gateway to the Visakhapatnam harbour, is a sacred place at Visakhapatnam. It is the northern of the three hills at the entrance to the harbour. The mosque of Baba Ishaq Madina, a highly respected Muslim saint, placed in this hill is highly revered. Sri Venkateswara Konda and Ross Hill are the other two hills make the triplet.
It is believed that the saint Baba has miraculous powers of prophecy. The Darga Konda is frequently visited by faithful devotees from both Hindus and Muslims.
