Colvin Taluqdars College

Location

Founded by Sir Auckland Colvin in the year 1892, Colvin Taluqdars' College was established exclusively for the wards of Taluqdars' of Oudh. It was like this till 1933. After India got independence, the institution was opened for all. Now the college is affiliate to ISC and regarded as one among the prestigious academic institutions in India itself. Students have the option to choose the either of the two streams, namely the ISC or the UP Board examinations.

As the last remnant of the imperial rule in India, this eminent institute tries to upkeep its royal elegance prettily well. All the edifices of the building show the typical Victorian style architecture.
