Location
Situated at a distance of 50 Km to the west of Jagdalpur in Bastar, Chitrakot is a gorgeous waterfall that is the largest waterfall in India. Chitrakot waterfall in Chhattisgarh can can be compared to the Niagara Falls of United States for its horse-shoe shape. The stream of River Indravati falling down from the Vindhya mountain ranges forms these waterfalls that attract numerous tourists, especially during rainy season.
